Questions, answered
Booking, pricing, the work itself, and the guarantee. Don't see your question? Call (970) 306-1078 — we're happy to talk it through.
Book online — pick a service, choose a date and time, and we'll call to confirm. Express jobs can usually happen within a few days. Bigger multi-day work like paint correction and ceramic coating tends to book 1–2 weeks out, so give us a little lead time on those.
Plans change. Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, we may carry a small deposit over to your next booking. If the weather turns and we need to move a mobile job, that's on us — never a penalty to you.
No drop-off. We come to you and bring everything we need — water, power, and all our own gear — so we can do the whole job in your driveway. For multi-day work like ceramic coating and paint correction, we'll talk through a sheltered spot when we call (a garage or covered area), since those need to cure out of the weather to come out right.
Every service has a starting price listed right on the site. We give you the final number before we start — not after. The only thing that moves it is an add-on you ask for, like coating the wheels, and you'll okay that first.
A compact coupe and a three-row SUV are just different amounts of car to clean — more panels, more glass, more seats. We use size to pick the right package for the work involved. It's not a hidden fee.
Heavy cleanup jobs — biohazard, a lot of pet hair, deep stains, or mold — are quoted separately, because they take real extra time. If your car needs any of that, we'll say so on the confirmation call before anyone commits.
A good ceramic coating lasts several years if you keep up with regular washes. How long exactly comes down to the product, how you drive, and how you maintain it. We'll tell you the coating we use and its rated life before you book, so there are no surprises. What you get in the meantime: water beads and sheets off, UV holds off fading, and the gloss runs deeper than any wax.
It removes swirl marks, oxidation, and light-to-moderate scratches — anything that hasn't cut through the clear coat. Deep scratches you can catch a fingernail in usually need touch-up or refinishing instead, and we'll point those out when we look the car over.
Just clear personal items and valuables out of the interior — we'll take care of the rest. We'll need to get to the car, and for some services a regular outlet and a water spigot. We'll sort out those details when we call.
If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it, no charge. We'd rather you call us than live with it — the job isn't done until you're actually happy with it.
Just ask — we're happy to help.
Call us or book online. We'll help you figure out the right service for your car and answer whatever you need before you commit.
